Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Pop Ride, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the propriate courts of Mexico.
